Construction
We design, engineer and panelize the framing for Texas jobs.

Two prices: manufacturing only, or manufacturing + install. Each is quoted per job in writing.
*3,000 sf per crew-day is a manufacturing planning rate (typical band 2,500 to 3,500 sf). It is not an install rate and not a schedule guarantee.

We set what we make
Our install program is in its pilot stage. We quote install job by job, only where we can staff it, and no install rate is promised until it is in your written quote.

Estimates are planning numbers until we review plans. Engineering of record and code approval stay with your engineer and your local building official.
